I had a procedure done and was told my incision would be about 3/4" long. I ended up with a 1 1/2" incision down my cheek. Im completely shocked !
I visited this dermatologist with specific concerns, but the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. Most concerning, they never followed up with me regarding a mole removal, leaving me unsure about my care and next steps. While the office staff were polite, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I would caution others to ensure clear communication if you choose this practice.

Not at all patient care focussed. Phone number doesn’t work?! It says “user busy” every time I try to call. Update: I have gotten through finally but hold times are very long. I got transferred to “Isabella” for scheduling which ended up being a voicemail and my call has not been returned. I scheduled an appointment a while back to have a mole check and when I got there, I was seen but told I needed to schedule an additional appointment to actually do the mole check.
