Nothing! They apparently changed their screening process, or did away with it entirely. Have been here for years, and since March every neighbor we have had has moved away, and been replaced by nasty, loud, messy people who clearly don't respect their neighbors or take into consideration the fact that we live in an apartment complex, practically on top of each other. WORST COMPLEX EVER. my apartment has been TERRIBLE since january, and they refuse to fix anything. they are rude, inconsiderate and even the maintenance men have told me mold is in every single apartment, and it always grows back! what an amazing place, right?

Management is rude never helpful with anything basements always backed up with sewage the only reason to rent here cause it’s cheap you get what you pay for
I think it's funny how they issue parking warnings for parking in a "non parking space" yet myself and other people have parked in the same spot for the last seven months (since we moved in pretty much) and no one else has received any sort of "warnings" then when you call the office and complain about it and all you get is an attitude and absolutely no response , that maintenance is "cracking down" Please...
We live here for couple of year n found great. We r enjoying without any problem.
