what can I say about this place except that they are rude, inconsiderate, and honestly quite incompetent. they never answer their phones during office hours. They never return phone calls and are entirely a lost cause of an apartment complex. do not move here. I lived here 10 years and even if they would renew my lease I wouldnt
Non-smoking apartments, but you can't enjoy your patio due to everyone smoking on their balconies. I have to keep my sliding glass door closed and run the air conditioner. I was going to plant flowers, but my garden space is full of cigarette butts. If you like to sleep, don't get lower apartment. My walls are shaking from some one walking back and forth upstairs and it is 10:17 p.m. and now they are outside smoking and talking. What a miserable place to live. We have lived here almost five years. It is a convenient location with a very pleasant living environment. Current management is very interested in creating the most enjoyable living experience possible. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient. Community events are always a lot of fun. From group plantings to coffee and breakfast treats, tenant appreciation is a definite priority. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to live.
I have been living at Valley View since 2009 and love it here. The manager Kelly is the best. Anytime I need something done it gets done. I love it here. Since I have lived so long I have lived through the good and the bad. Kelly is the best.
