I recently had a showing of a apartmemt that I liked. Manager Sharon was so sweet while giving the tour and very thoughtful about showing me how to get around the property easily and I aldo met Pete the maintenance perdon there who was also very sweet to work with if i ever needed his assistance. Also as I called for my return ride back home my digital phone starts to act up as if I was not in control of it. Quiet place to live Large floor plans Cheap rent
Very nosey people, always in your business. Will charge you for extra expenses and make stuff up. Has mold problems. People breaking into the garage/buildings. No secured entry’s or security cameras. Went up crazy on rent and still out dated. Smh.
The staff here really does care about you and want to make sure that you are happy in your apartment. The maintenance care here is amazing as well. There were times I would request something for maintenance to fix and they would fix extra things I did not even request to be fixed which was always a pleasant surprise. The underground garage is an awesome feature and their outdoor pool is SO WARM, it is the best outdoor pool I have ever been in. The hallways are always clean and cared for. I moved in about a mouth ago. Beautiful and quiet property and the staff are very kind and caring! Sharon, Pete, Jay the painter and the caretaker are over the top!
