The apartments were a good price for the size. We had to reluctantly leave due to issues with neighbors. Management and maintenance are very good overall, but it felt as though there was favoritism at times. Parking garage had some issues with vandalism and no cameras. Also no security for the buildings, however I would say the neighborhood felt very safe. Great apartment overall, but no longer suited my husband and I.
Things I appreciated as a renter: Friendly management company, large apartment sizes, pool, underground parking, elevator, and location.
Charge 200 April told it was a pre deposit was told I need a cosigner never gave one and kept my pre deposit of 200 I walked threw on my own never got all information and goldmark say it's pre deposit refunded if no but will keep the money never respond and keep the money the lie and say they can will post some the go to the news goldmark is lie. Absolutely covert racism, the Minnesota nice kind of experience. There is absolutely NO security AT ALL and packages always get stolen from residents, even a large box table containing a table and chairs. The maintenance man is old as dirt and can only RIG things, never actually FIX the problem. Residents are racist and just plain mean. In reporting issues, YOU are always the problem, never utilizing proper residents resolution skills. I recently had a showing of a apartmemt that I liked. Manager Sharon was so sweet while giving the tour and very thoughtful about showing me how to get around the property easily and I aldo met Pete the maintenance perdon there who was also very sweet to work with if i ever needed his assistance. Also as I called for my return ride back home my digital phone starts to act up as if I was not in control of it.
