We love this place! We were showed the area around the apartment and given good recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and dog friendly areas for us to bring our dog! Clear communication between property management and tenant, either by email or phone call! We had a clogged drain and the maintenance guy (Pete) was there the next day after we submitted a request. Very quiet neighborhood as well!
I'm not just overexaggerating when I say I REALLY do love the Valley View Apartment community and the Goldmark Property Management personnel. I've resided in Valley View Apartments for the last eight years now, and have not been nothing but impressed by the exceptional staff and have been made comfortable in my unit. The apartments were a good price for the size. We had to reluctantly leave due to issues with neighbors. Management and maintenance are very good overall, but it felt as though there was favoritism at times. Parking garage had some issues with vandalism and no cameras. Also no security for the buildings, however I would say the neighborhood felt very safe. Great apartment overall, but no longer suited my husband and I.
Things I appreciated as a renter: Friendly management company, large apartment sizes, pool, underground parking, elevator, and location.
