It came time when I had to make the decision to put my beloved companion to sleep. The Staff at Valley were so incredible and compassionate. They gave me time with my Hebe before and after. They were so sweet to her and treated she and I with respect. It made an incredibly difficult time a little easier. And to receive a sympathy card, signed by the entire staff, was such a blessing. Thank you for your kindness.

Came home from vacation to find my cat acting really odd: lethargic, drooling, warm, and wouldn’t put her tongue back in her mouth. It was after hours but I called. The vet called me back within a half an hour and gave me advice. When it appeared she wasn’t getting any better, I called again and he agreed to meet me after hours. A couple shots later she’s back to her normal self. Thank you, Dr. Nelson!
we just recently switched vets since we moved to the area. I'm beyond happy with the customer service and the attention paid to my dogs every time we go in. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
