Valley veterinary is the vet my family uses. We have 3 cats who are clients there. In April I had a stray cat show up with a nasty mouth problem, I called valley vet and they made him an apt to see him. Unfortunately with it being the beginning of corona, they had a week wait and the little guy couldn’t wait that long so I ended up getting him immediate attention somewhere else. I have a 13 year old Yorkie Terrier mix,name Abby. She has very bad teeth that put her in heart failure. Dr Nelson was able to do surgery on her mouth and removed the bad teeth needed under Anesthesia which I was so worried due to her being at another Veterinary and they could not do it. Thank God, Dr Nelson was wonderful and accomplished the task with no problem. I have not met Dr Bartus or Dr Nelson due to the Covid, but hope to some day. Thank you Dr Nelson and God Bless You and your staff.

I have been taking my pets there for over 30 years. My experience has run the gamut from the routine visit to euthanization. They are friendly, professional, kind, compassionate and competent. Highly recommend.
I was a patient there for 35 years. since 1985. I used to speak so highly of them. Today I am switching veterinary . I was treated very poorly today and my charts are not charted with the proper information. In the past months This vet took picture of my dog and used it in one of there advertisements. never asked nor did they tell me.. that would not had mattered until today, the TREATMENT that I was given ,upsets me to the fact that I dont want my dog used in advertisement for this business. .. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Valley Veterinary. Even under the circumstances and strain of the COVID virus they went above and beyond when my family and I had to put our sweet boy Max to sleep. Thankful and grateful for them!
