PittyPat I had to get my cat spayed at a reasonable price. I dropped her off on Monday morning, got a phone call telling me she had a tapeworm, so of course I payed for that nasty thing to get gone. Went to pick up my cat the next morning, got the cat home to realize that it was the wrong cat! When I got the cat back in the cage (after it tried to kill me), I was so pissed off I told them they gave me the wrong cat. They seemed concerned, but more concerned to keep me away from the other patrons. They put me in a room, and a... read more

This Hospital Has Gone to the Dogs This hospital has gone to hell in a handbasket. I've taken my cat there for 16 years, but no more. There is one girl at the counter that is a snot. Dr. Tilleman is gone and the new vets are awful. There prices are very reasonable, but they usually under treat and this results in multiple visits. I'm taking my animals and my money elsewhere.

Unnecessary things done and charges My 22 year old cat was taken to the vet a total of 4 times, the last time to be put down. The day before, when he was incapacitated and I'm sure they knew was going to die they decided to de-worm and de-flea him, charging me an unnecessary $99. This cat didn't poop for 3 weeks and when they worm a cat, it is suppose to come out with their feces.

Kind and Professional I love the female vet at this hospital. We've been taking our pets to her for years and she was very compassionate when we had to put our elderly dog down. I suspect the cat lady was choosing to put her pet down rather than spend a little money for a diagnosis and possible treatment of its illness. Although a pro animal veterinarian, I can't imagine her saying anything cruel to a pet owner.

Surprised at other reviews. I am surprised at the other reviews. And sorry that these people have had bad experiences. I have been going to this hospital, it used to be called a clinic, for about 15 years. I have taken every pet I have there. I have always received really good care for my pets. Over the years, with a large family, we have taken about 10 cats in, and probably that many dogs. Everyone in my family goes here. When I had to put my beloved cat down, they were very kind, and even sent me a sympathy card afterwards... read more

Re: Stephanie S I know for a fact you were not treated badly, Just because the Dr. was with another patient does not mean your cat was not being cared for there are RVT's that take care of that kind of procedures for her. Besides if you were not so selfish in thinking of only your self and not you cat you might have been taking better care of her to begin with like maybe vaccinating it yearly and not just coming to see the vet when she gets sick! This what is wrong with people and their animals they treat them like second cl... read more

HEARTLESS!! DO NOT GO THERE EXPECTING THEM TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH!! My 16 year old cat was ill.. on that day I had to make the hardest decision of my life. I had had her since the day she was born and after being told the fees of tests and possiable treatment IF any of it was going to help I chose to put her down so she didnt have to suffer any longer. I could NOT BELIEVE what the woman vet did to me next... after I said I needed to put her down.. she bent down and petted my beautiful cat as I was sitting there sobbbing and s... read more

Great care at a great price I have been using this office for about 5yrs for routine shots for my 3 cats and 1 dog, and had always found it to be an affordable and friendly facility. Recently my dog suffered a terrible cut. The care our "baby" has recevied has been complete and caring.

Great Surgeon Valley Vet does a tremendous amount of surgeries, at a lower than average cost and I feel they do an excellent job. I have had several cats fixed there, plus a challenging amputation and all came out wonderfully. I have always felt my pets were treated kindly. By offering lower cost they are providing a wonderful service to the community and helping to reduce the number of animals impounded . Their DVM only does surgeries and that means you have a specialist working on your pet rather than a vet who splits time... read more
