I have been taking my pets here for 6-8 months and have been completely blown away by all the doctors, nurses, techs and everyone else. I had to rush my dog to them today after a tussle at the dog park left her with a little less of her ear. They got her in, took in incredible care of her and gave her the love she needed. I unfortunately couldn't pay the whole bill so the Dr not only let me pay what I could but she also put in some of her own money to help. They have a client for life.
The service is excellent, the doctors and staff are great and always very helpful. Dr Novy is the Best!!!!! My two dogs love them.
Dr. Prater is amazing. My chi is super shy with strangers but not with her. dr. Prater had a calm about her and she is so knowledgable, caring & patient. The staff is Are all so caring too!
