I've never visited the clinic but still have nothing but praise for these wonderful caring professionals as I have had several cats speutered at their mobile unit.

My heart and belief in the kindness of people was in full force when Dr. Novy took care of our cat Tiger. They truly do not make vets like Dr. Lowell Novy. His love for his furry friends transcends all- I brought Tiger to a few vets and was so disappointed by their lack of kindness and empathy. Dr Novy and all the Veterinarians are the best of the best! Accurate and quick diagnosis! I've been coming here since 1993! When my Gunner died while I was out of state, they went above and beyond making sure I had everything taken care of like I was family and took care of my daughter who brought him in that day. Never did they ask for anything from me during that trying time but just gave and gave including lots of hugs and love and tears for the loss of one of their own.
My parents still bring their pets here. I grew up going to Valley Vet. I moved away and went to vet school! Now practicing in PA.
I want to say that Valley Veterinary Clinic cared for my best friend, confidante Zoe Salsbury for over 10 yrs. They gave her the care she needed with love and much support. She passed away at age 13 of old age, and Dr. Lori Prater, DVM, guided her passing in such a compassionate, loving way. I was able to be with my baby, and it was the hardest thing to go through. I am so grateful to this doctor that cared for my precious Zoe. Thank you Dr. Lori Prater, DVM and the whole staff. God bless you and the work you do. <3
