RecommendedValley Veterinary Care saved my boy! I brought him in thinking he might have a UTI. Instead our boy had pneumonia. The vet gave us antibiotics and sent us home promising to call the next day. The following morning Max was a changed pup! Not only was he responding to the meds the vet called at 8am filling up on Max! I will definitely be switching to this clinic!

The staff really cares not only for our pets , but to us as well. Today when we had to put Sheba down they understood how hard that is. They walked me through everything, even setting up a payment plan so I can get her ashes.
I love, love Dr. Henry as our vet and his staff at Valley Vet. Through routine appointments and emergency situations, as well as end of life care he has shown compassion and support for both us and our animals. I am grateful that he clearly and simply explains care and is honest about options for pets in pain or terminal cases. Dr. Henry has worked with our very large and shelter shocked dog who did not like men, medium sized dog who is very energetic, and cats who weren't particularly keen on trips to the vet. My boy Thor always gets great care from Dr Henry. It's hard enough to get a call back from your own doctor. Dr Henry calls us personally if we have to drop him off. These guys n gals are the best!
When tragedy strikes and a puppy dies under their care - instead of attempting to rectify the terrible wrong Valley Veterinay Care chose to attack the owners to reduce their credibility. Even being an accident (due to negligence during a procedure) this is poor behavior from supossed professionals. I wouldn't recommend this veterinary clinic
