valley veterinarians have always taken excellent care of our furry family members. Recently we had to make the difficult decision to let our much loved pet, willow, go. the staff at valley veterinarians were so compassionate and sent us a card with willows paw print in it. we will cherish it. When the time is right we will adopt another pound puppy and will return to the staff to care for our next family addition.

Apparently, even when you tell them you do not want something done, they don't communicate & do it anyway. THEN, after THEY screw up, they make you pay for it! After giving my cat a shot we told them we didn't want, the response was, "Well, I already gave it to him. I can't take it back now. You'll have to pay for it." Are you serious??? Will never go there again & will be sure to tell as many people as I can to stay away from them! Why should I have to pay for your screw up?!

My boyfriend was there twice today with our dog. The second visit was to unfortunately to put our dog to rest. I am so glad that the women working there was able to take care of our dog and comfort our daughter since I was an able to be there in time. They were so nice ! Wonderful place with awesome people
I can’t say enough BAD things about the level of i professionalism in this place! Was told one thing on the phone only to be told in person I was never told that and basically was a liar...NEVER go here...COMPLETE bait and switch...these people DEFINITELY baited me and I’ve filed complaints with bbb...BEWARE!
I’ve have taken all of my dachshunds to Valley Vets, since the early 90s. Today I one of the worst scares of my life, my dog moxie got into some rat poison that I was unaware was put down in my apartment. I called and the girls as always were amazing. But I can’t say enough about Dr. Sheriff, she swooped Moxie up as soon as we walked in. She took the best care of her and because of her, moxie is on the mend!! Thank you Valley Vets for your decades long care for the Bennett girls ❤️❤️❤️
