I placed an order for a 35.00 item and paid over 70 dollars for next day shipping It is now 2 days later and I have not received the order Customer service says it is because order was placed after 2pm If it was too late for next day service why did they accept my shipping fee They are stopping shipment, which is still enroute and will not refund the shipping fee I’ve bought lots of stuff here but never again

Very poor customer service when it comes to shipping. Not only was my package late that I paid $20 to get in two days, it didn't fit my horse, so now I have to pay another $10 to ship it back since they will not give me a shipping label. Will only use them for meds from now on, not any sort of gear.
VERY POOR SHIPPING even worse customer service took 10 days to ship 2 states over

I have ordered twice in the last month. Both times my order was at my house within two days and shipping is very reasonable. During this time it is very convenient to order things online for our livestock and have them arrive so quickly.
