Good prices, fast delivery, and super-friendly and helpful customer service! I called Valley Vet Supply with questions about how a temperature-sensitive item would be shipped after another pharmacy had sent it incorrectly and ruined it. The woman who took my call confirmed that it would be sent in a styrofoam-lined box, with ice packs, and then placed my order for me and passed it along to the pharmacist for approval to help speed things along so I would receive my order when I needed it. I buy my dogs prescription medication and trifexis from valley vet. It saves me about 40.00 a month and about 160.00 a year on heartworm. They are always really nice and helpful on the phone too.
Such a poor experience. UPS lost my order wanted me to go door to door looking for it. Still don't have a credit for it nor did they ever ask what can I do for you can we send the items out to you? Can we wave the under $60 charge for the inconvenience. What can we do to keep you as a customer. Somehow I should not have to be calling over and over again and now having to dispute this with my credit card company. Trying to get a manager to call me back today.
Did not receive all my order. When I called customer service to report the missing item, they were very unfriendly and acted as though i was lieing about the missing item. I will not order from this company again.
