Their customer service is excellent. I recently had an issue with packaging with a very expensive med which needed to be replaced, and Justin with RPH was EXCELLENT in resolving the issue. Following up, not once, but three times to make sure the problem was resolved. It has to be one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had. He knew that time was of the essence in getting the med replaced and he really took an interest and concern in getting it solved. A big thank you to Justin!

We often place orders with Vally Vet for equine medicine, supplement and other assorted items. Customer service is always outstanding. We recently placed an order for stall guards and received a lovely handwritten note from Valley Vet that came with a donation of the some items for our nonprofit therapeutic horsemanship program. Now that’s a company that cares!!
