Rudest customer service. I placed an order for a horse blanket. They put an authorization hold on my credit card. then they try and run it. Of course it was denied because it went over my credit limit. Remove the hold and put through the charge! How hard is that? But instead I keep getting vm from them about how my card is declined and I dont have sufficient funds as they put it. I DO have sufficient funds. They also so conveniently have no trace of them putting a hold on my cc. I've called my cc company twice who said they ... read more

ordered a vaccination and it came overnight , it was packed perfectly! I was impressed, I will start ordering all my vaccinations from them from now on! Ice packs, bubble wrap, special silver temperature bag and Styrofoam! Doesn't get any better than that!
