We LOVE the coffee at Valley Vending-the problem we are having is with the service in the store. Everyone is very "nice" but they all say that "we appreciate your patience & what we are doing now is new". No one knows how to grind the coffee or run the register. We have heard the same excuses since January & it is getting old! Please train everyone on the equipment so customers can get the wonderful product being sold without confusion!!
I have placed several orders with Valley Vending and always had great service. The products are great, delivery is quick, and the prices are very fair. Also, everyone there is great to deal with. :-)
This company is a great one to work for. Full of wonderful people that want to help you every step of the way. On top of that, the retail store provides options for all coffee and tea drinkers, with many styles to accommodate your brewing system. I would recommend to anyone!
