I love the staff, drs, and NP's/MA's. Dr. Ben Donovan although a pediatric urologist has been my urologist since I was 19 so well over 13 years now. Great surgeon, greAt personality, welcomes and loves his patients with open arms! Honestly one of the best drs I've ever had!

I have been trying to call the office for a week and the phones are never answered. Please consider this my notice I am canceling my appointment for 5/4/2018. I need to find a dr. that will answer phone calls
Dr. Blunt is great Staff always nice and helpfull. Sure they are always busy and sometimes run behind but its because they are top notch doctors. Ley me have to wait sometimes because its a busy practice and they are good at what they do over always on time but sub-par doctors.
Doctors - 5 stars Options to leave a message, send an email or communicate about even basic things outside of narrow business hours - 0 stars. From a mangement standpoint this aspect sucks and is way below par. You have a facebook page but you don't have voice mail or email or even a contact form? This is 2018 not 1940. Office managment should be reevaluated.
I have been seeing Dr Hua for about 2 years. He is fabulous. He is respectful and kind. He has been nothing but helpful and willing to assist me with all of my needs. He down to earth and doesn't talk above your head. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the phones lines need a little work. It is difficult to try to speak with someone. They eventually do get back with you.
Absolutely the worst - don't bother going here. You are just a number to them...they are a churn and burn office! Yes, doctor knows what he is doing; however he can't seem to convey that to his patients or in this case the parents of the patients. Trying to get an appointment takes forever waiting on the phone, you won't see the doctor for at least a month...that's how far he's booked out, and you'll wait in the office forever after your appt time to see him. Where do I start?! So, we go to see Dr. Jonathan Agins, and while he is cordial, we check in at 10:04 am for a 10:30 appt. We wait for 40 minutes and are told when inquiring, that they are running behind and will be with us momentarily. Finally, at 11:12 am (48 minutes late) we are ushered back where we wait in a room another 10 minutes until Dr. Agins comes in.
