from the very first visit, Dr Hua and his staff has been the BEST. His staff has been so kind, never treating as just another patient but as someone who matters. each question I've had to ask whether on the phone or in the office, no matter how silly I thought it was they treated it with the utmost importance. I HIGHLY recommend them.
My experience with V.U.A. has been fantastic. Dr Rhoades was thorough with explaing options I had with my condition. His follow through after surgery was just as thorough.
Do not waste your time with this clinic! Starting with the "receptionists", these three ladies just sit there, no customer service AT ALL, they disconnect the phone so no one can call and give the excuse that "the system is always down". I actually called from the parking lot and walked in while the phone was trying to get through. You can start by answering your phones and not put patients on hold for 30 min. Horrible service.
Get a new staff in the billing department.
Appointment was at 3:30 pm, and still waiting to be seen... it’s now 4:47pm!!! Ready to walk out in 5 minutes �
