The owner was upfront..informative and did the install on time as promised at competitive agreed price. had a bds lift kit and nitto trail grappler tires done on a jeep jk wrangler.
Messaged them numerous times to get a price on installing a leveling kit, they didn’t respond although they read my messages. A simple, “we don’t install those” or “we are fully booked” would have sufficed. If they treat a potential customer like that, imagine what it’s like once you hand over your vehicle to them.
Brent is great to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He keeps you up to date on progress of orders if there’s any issues and is quick for installing. I have a very happy husband with an amazing looking truck. We definitely recommend valley truck!
Brent is amazing. He knows so much about customizing your truck to make it your own. He helped my husband make his truck extraordinary. He goes above and beyond. His customer Service is awesome He really listens to you. He knows exactly what you are looking for and make that happen for a reasonable price. They did a great job with installation as well. This is a five star business and I would recommend it to everyone I know. I am so proud of Brent and the services that he provides.
