I don’t live there, but my daughter does and I’ve had to go through every bad experience with her concerning the roaches and things that are not done that she put on her list when she moved in four months ago. I bet when her lease is up and she decides to move out they’re going try to keep some of her deposit if not all of it for stuff that were never done in the first place when she moved into these apartments. I've been a resident at Valley trails since 2016, and I'm happy to say that I'm renewing my lease again. Ive seen good changes since the new management started, these have been necessary improvements, and the community continues to move in the right direction. The staff have always been helpful, courteous, and professional. They go out of their way to be accommodating and explain things clearly.
