Went there because I had something hanging off underneath my car and asked if they could fix that for me but he said it was just a piece of plastic that’s falling off from build up of snow and sent me away. Now it’s completely hanging off my car and dragging along the road and this could have been avoided if they had just fixed it when I went there.
My experience with valley tire has always been positive. They get the job done in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and courteous.
I recently had 5 trailer tires mounted recently, a little upset with my experience. They did the work in a timely manner, and I am not complaining about that. I had asked for 5 trailer tires to be dismounted with new tires mounted and balanced that I provided. 1 of my old trailer tires was a spare with ~300 miles on it, basically brand new and totally useable still. 2/5 tires were still usable, they would've been great for extra spares, 1 was shredded, and the last one was shot too. I'm from out of state, had a flat on inner rear tire on my class A motorhome. Josh had us taken care of quickly and talked to us about the status of our tires. Very reasonable price for tire repair. Highly recommend this business!
