"I had a blowout on Interstate 70 and was in a really tough spot, but Valley Tire came to the rescue. 👉JASON👈 was my first point of contact, and he was absolutely incredible—calm, empathetic, and so efficient at getting help dispatched to me right away. The technician who came out was also fantastic, and together they got me back on the road safely in no time. Their service was absolutely top-notch, and I highly recommend them."
I appreciate them getting my tires done quickly but they gouged one of my rims pretty badly and they think im stupid and lied straight to my face, i dont understand why they didnt just watch the camera or something to see it was damaged on the tire machine, but instead they told me about how expensive the tire machine was and that there was no way it couldve happened there and tried to tell me it was (just the soap) on the rim and argued with me instead of checking, I didnt want to argue and the damage was obvious and i coul... read more
Blew a tire on our way back to Canada on our work trailer. It was odd size and it was hard to find a spare, but these guys really went out of their way to help us. Can’t stress enough how great their service was. Thanks so much from Canada.
Quick service and quality labor. A+
I came in and talked with Chad about a new set of tires. He gave me several choices but said the General ALT 365 AW would be the best fit for my SUV. It would do well all around especially in snow. Boy he hit it on the nose. I have never had General tires, always went with Goodyear Wranglers. I have only had them for not even a week and they are great on all road conditions and great on snow.
