took my Viking wine fridge to them when no one wanted to work on it. They diagnosed the problem same day and gave me an estimate. The part was hard to find and very costly so they took the time to make a universal part work with the unit and didn't charge more for the repair despite all the extra work.
Buyer beware!! Called for a diagnosis of some AC units that weren't cooling. Sent two people. One of which was working and one of which was watching. Appeared to be someone learning or apprenticing. Ending up charging $220 per hour for "two technicians" Which more than one person shouldn't be needed to diagnose an issue which required no manual labor / lifting or disassembly.
