We have been using Valley Temperature for several years and have always been very happy with their service. What prompted me to write this review was a recent emergency: on a weekend evening, we had a boiler with a frozen line that was pouring water nonstop. Without hesitation, they came to our rescue. Not only did they stop the water flow, but they also got our units back up and running when it was zero degrees outside. Consistently great quality work and genuinely very nice people. Highly recommend.
Technicians (Mason) are friendly and professional every time we've worked with them. Office personnel are friendly and easy to work with. Service is prompt and thorough. Wouldn't work with anyone else
The BEST out there. We have used them for several of our locations. They have always on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them!
