The salesman (Mark Rogers) was very helpful. He showed us several vehicles and answered all our questions. He even discussed buying new but we opted out of that for now. I would recommend Mr. Rogers he was very helpful and went way and beyond helping us. Unfortunately we didn't buy at this time. I will definitely call him if we see something on the dealers lot that really interests me and my husband.
I had a fantastic experience with CMA's Valley Volkswagen. I was helped from the very beginning by a sales manager named Catherine. Not only did she listen to my questions and concerns, but she was extremely responsive, understanding, timely, and well spoken. This dealer was very pleasant and accommodating for the car I was interested in, and I especially appreciated the video preview they sent before my scheduled visit. They knew I was coming from a distance and did their best to set my expectations by sending the video first.
