The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds was clean as well as the units. Being a gated facility gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe.
This place is a joke!!! They raise their prices with no warning, staff is so rude, not willing to work with you. They are the hardest people to reach. I would never recommend this storage place to anyone. Run do not rent from this place!!!
The management at this location is completely off the hook. If you just want a temporary, overpriced box where when it rains it’s like buckets pouring on your head (no gutters) and authoritarian relatives inspecting your every move. This is your place.
My experience with Valley Storage was very positive. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered the questions I had. Upon taking my first load to the unit, I found it clean and ready to be used.
The staff was very friendly and helpful when I went in to start my rental. The unit was clean and dry. I used it from September to February. My items were dry and exactly as i left them. The price was also the lowest in the area! Highly recommend!
I was able to get the size I needed right away and the prices were great. Very clean facility and staff was friendly.
