Olivia was awesome! She answered all questions, helped me find the exact right unit for my needs, and made the whole process a breeze! I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage location at 2214 Valley Vista Rd in Hardin Valley and very highly recommend working with Olivia!
Friendly, helpful, and a very fair rate. This was my first time using Extra Space Storage and it was a pleasant experience. Both people that helped with my reservation were knowledgeable and made the process easy. I was able to back my trailer into my spot with relative ease. The facility appeared clean and safe. 5 stars.
The storage units are clean, well maintained and easy to navigate. Olivia is amazing! She is beyond helpful and has made the process to store my belongings here stress free. I highly recommend this storage facility!
