Called my phone with their info blocked like a common scammer and woke me up about a bill I owe and I'm not even a customer. Then I have to go through an automated menu just to talk to someone - remember they called me - to get a woman who told me it's not her fault, it's the computer's fault. She mouthed off and got smart with me. Now I see reviews saying they harass people and are infested with mice. We actually needed storage so I'm glad they randomly called and mouthed of because now I know where to not go.
Best experience ladys explained everything in gave me options very good customer service. Only thing is finding units can be little confusing but overall very good experience
Clean space, friendly staff, security is good.
The price went from $50-$80 due to some promotion that I don’t recall reading about.
Takes about 20 minutes to set up unit. They do provide a lock for you to purchase if you did not bring one. Clean.
