An awesome place to have my personal items stored at. After a year with them I have never had any issues. If I have ever left my unit unlocked by accident they have caught it and messaged me immediately. Which makes you feel comfortable to have chosen here for my storage unit.
All my bedroom furniture was chewed on by mice. The top of my nightstand had mouse urine all over it and pieces of dead bugs. I had to throw my felt storage cube away because it was covered in mouse urine and no way to get it out. I put my move out date on my account and was still sent emails, phone calls and text messages about the bill for the next month after I already moved out. They need to do better with the mice problem.
Break my lock twice and I replaced it with my own money….
Wonderful staff very helpful. This is my second time renting a unit there. Very secure and safe property. Prices are very reasonable for unit size.
