I was going through a very rough divorce and had to move my things into storage and the people at Valley Storage in Hagerstown really made my move effortless. They had cards for local businesses on the wall that help with various things you encounter when moving. They were always so gracious and kind, especially one of the associates, Heather. Rented from them for years. Do not like new mgmt or the way they do business. Someone broke in my storage unit nobody notified me and had 2 items missing. Worst place I ever stored furniture at and never again!!!
