I have rented multiple units over the past few years with Valley Storage in Lexington. I have never been as satisfied with the customer service as I am now. Bethany Coffey is a great manager and has been extremely helpful to me. I even rented an extra unit that was on special, but probably never would have bothered had it not been for her. I enjoy making my payments in person rather than on line because she is so personable. Great for your business. Thank you for all if your attentive care!!
