Sun Valley is currently under new management with Christina and she has just been amazing. She helped my fiancé and I with the renting process. She was just amazing. I will recommend her and I hope she stays here Forever!!!!! She was quick and efficient and very friendly!
Great people, terrible mgt
Visiting a friend there for the first time - nice facility, but I was told the pool has been closed for a while, but then talking to other residents they said there’s some new staff, including a manager who wants to get things done and fixed which was different previously.
Mid level cost wise. Friendly people living here, about 75% snowbirds tge rest full time residents
A low budget, snobby, somewhat run down, 55+ park. If you're into living like you're in an institution/teenage gossip queen environment then you've got a little slice paradise. I don't recommend it due to the way they dictate everything down to the type of decorations you can put up. Also at anytime they can vote you out and you have to leave the home you bought and paid for and the park can keep it. Doesn't sound like America to me. More like communism regime. Just sayin it like it is.
