This community is great. Neighbors are so friendly and lots of activities here. You won't be bored for sure. Office staff was very friendly and helpful with information needed to complete our move in
Last week, I met with Gina, the Office Coordinator who was rather gracious, kind, professional, and helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. She gave me a tour of the property's amenities and gave me a tour of the available properties. She noted that she would keep me posted and thought that I would be a great fit for this Community. All glory to the most HIGH!
I recently took a tour of this property and am pleasantly surprised of how beautiful the whole area is. Nicely kept and clean. My tour guide was Christina the manager, who answered all my questions, was so kind and caring and really took the time with me. I hope to call this home sometime soon.
Sun Valley is currently under new management with Christina and she has just been amazing. She helped my fiancé and I with the renting process. She was just amazing. I will recommend her and I hope she stays here Forever!!!!! She was quick and efficient and very friendly!
