I love it here. My apartment is very nice and the outside be upkept! I would recommend.
All they do is lie and take application fee money. Don’t apply here
We have had very few problems with Valley Square but when we do they respond in an unbelievable amount of time. They schedule to review the issue and promptly repair it. They then follow up with a text to make certain we are happy with the results. This is the best maintenance program I have ever experienced.
Edit: I stayed in Unit 23 from January 2023-May 2023. I left because the living conditions were unbearable. Y’all should further investigate the complaints from the property instead of arguing over a REAL REVIEW. Consider removing the fake ones y’all posted because no one living out there now would give it 5 stars. The recent 5 star reviews are fake. These are the trashiest, worst ran apartments I’ve ever lived at. Tenants leave trash outside their doors, roaches run rampant, neighbors play loud music all hours of the night.... read more
I love my apartment and complex, very pretty grounds. if you put in a work order it is done within a few hours or the next day. Rent is good price for location and the units are nice and HUGE!
