I have had back issues forever. Dr Bledsoe was able to create a personalized program that was attainable and effective . By the time I was done I was able to sleep in my stomach again and met my goal of learning to lift properly in to go back to the gym. I am so thankful for his amazing support and dedication getting my back functional again !
Dr. Nick was highly knowledgeable and fun to work with. I enjoyed his personable sessions and sincere concern for alleviating pain and meeting my goals. Through his expertise, I learned a lot about the root causes of muscular and joint pain and how to combat them in order to live a healthy, active life. The ability to choose music and the red light sauna were great added bonuses!
Dr. Nick is the best! I fell while skiing a few years ago and had a lingering knee injury that just wouldn’t go away no matter what I did. I’d been regularly going to a chiropractor and that helped some, but the pain in my knee would always come back. I worked with Dr. Nick for 12 appointments and my knee is back to normal!
