Vivian is incredibly rude and incompetent. :(
I went for almost a year and did not notice any improvement in my symptoms. They make you pay in advance for extended service and desk person is not friendly. I do not recommend ! Have found really good chiropractor on lone MT and cave creek rd - She really knows her stuff!

If it weren't for him I would probably have never got the imaging done that showed (not only my atrocious cervical curve) but the damage caused by my previous head trauma that knocked me out about 7 years ago. Dr. Serafini has given me the best medical care experience I have ever had! That is coming from a medical professional myself. I was not expecting the care these wonderful people gave me at all, and was completely caught by surprise. They truly care and take the time to explain the importance of what they are showing is going on in your body. I just had my first adjustment and I already feel 10 times better walking out the door. The care I am receiving at valley spinal care Kierland is exceptional. They truly know what they are talking about. My pain has improved 100%. I’m surprised how well I am feeling in just a few months of treatment. They genuinely want their patients to improve and feel amazing. If you are not sure if they can help just go in for an assessment. I think you will be surprised with how much they will be able to help you.
I have degenerative discs, stenosis and arthritis. Dr Serafini and Brian were able to get me off of all my pain meds and rid me of my weekly headaches! If I have an ache/pain I know he can fix it. Friendly, accommodating staff.
Just had my 6th treatment with Dr Serafini and so far I am very pleased with the results. I have been a migraine sufferer for years and have had 3 days in a row with no headache. That’s huge for me! Doctor Serafini doesn’t seem to be surprised. Now I just need to convince myself that the results will last. Will definitely keep going.
