We couldn't be happier with our choice to get solar panels installed with Valley Solar this year! We were always wary of solar companies because of all the big companies pushing it on us and stories of people regretting their decision, but then when we actually did research and found a local, trustworthy company, it was like a no-brainer. We had a solar project completed earlier this year will Valley Solar and we cannot speak highly enough of them and the entire process. Valley Solar was always on our list to call and after our bad experience with the "door knockers" we called Valley. From the very moment we called, we felt comfortable with Val... read more
Very pleased with our experience with Valley Solar from beginning to end. Shortly after installation, I noticed on my solar app that I wasn’t getting full production. They came to my house the next day and discovered that one of the panels had a slight technical glitch. They replaced it at no charge and everything has been working smoothly ever since. Highly recommend Valley Solar.
We have had Valley Solar panels on our garage for several years and have loved the savings. We recently noticed that one of the panels was not working. I called the office and left a message. 5 minutes later I was called back. The very next day they sent a tech out to fix the small electrical issue with a connector and it was fixed! What amazing service. Everyone who works for them are polite and professional. I highly recommend them!
