Called an hour before closing time to come in and they said they were closed already until Monday. Horrible representation of a business
I went for a SMOG Check. The owner was very helpful. He is familiar with the cars and he explained about the cars different car and common problems to watch out for. "Thank You"
We got there and they were respectful and got straight to work not to mention a very good price compared to other places that gave me quotes. I highly recommend
Poor Customer Service. I don't know if smog passes or not if test is left unattended, but it was left unattended many times as he went back into store to run cash register of mini mart. No explanation why vehicle didn't pass, just handed paper and charged the full amount along with a card fee twice for a separate transaction on a coke. If they are out to help you, it sure doesn't seem like it. Oh wait, maybe there help comes after the fact: Not until we were leaving was a discount mentioned on a return visit.
