Unfortunately I was just told that the part I spent $363 dollars on years ago was under warranty and should of been free. Understand mistakes are made, but it would be nice if they at least made a small effort to reconcile with their customers.

RecommendedCan't recommend highly enough. Mike and the whole team are honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and do a fantastic job. They've replaced both my furnace and air conditioner within the last 8 months and I've been incredibly impressed.
