I hired Valley Seal to restore and protect my paver driveway, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. I was resealing hydraulic pump in Reservoir assembly for an rv. There were some O-rings over 3 inch diameter. They were super helpful, they matched up perfectly. I walked in, great service, get there before 3:30.
Their management needs harassment training. I was ignored when I said that their supervisor making rascist jokes made me uncomfortable. And then he further went on to say that I couldn’t take a break 3 minutes early, despite the fact that he himself couldn’t bother showing up to work on time. And then when he couldn’t find anything wrong with my work, continue to pick on me the way I staple and folded the papers, despite being trained to fold the papers in a specific way. Don’t work for them.
I went to Valley Seal Company today to get a seal for my Mercedes Benz and spoke with Josh who was extremely courteous and Knowledgeable. Thank you for your great service.
