The staff is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions and made transitioning to their office smooth. Dr. Anzur made our dogs feel at ease, which is generally difficult.
I can not say enough positive things about Valley Rd. DR Anzur made my rescue Border collie Princess feel at ease by sitting on the floor with her and petting her before examing her. He also took the time to ask about her story as a rescue. You can tell the whole staff are true animal lovers.
The BEST vets around! I have never had a vet who cares so much about my dog as I do here at Valley Road Animal Hospital! We both love Dr. Anzur and every single other employee. You all are truly fantastic! If you are looking for a new vet look no further :)
It was for my 3 month old puppy Max. We saw Dr Anzur who seems to be quite knowlegable. The best thing was to get an appointment so soon and that too on a saturday. The whole staff was very friendly. Overall a very positive experience. My 3 yr old son accompanied me and now he wants to take Max back again to Dr Anzur.
They are all wonderful. I take all my pets there. I have never been to an animal hospital where they have treated myself and my babies with such love! I tell people all the time they are the best in the area. They even call the next day to see how your babies are doing! A doctor doesn't even do that anymore.
I love this place! Dr Anzur is so friendly. And you can tell he loves his job! The staff are all very sweet too. I would recommend this vet office 100%! My cat Harley Quinn was in to see Dr Anzur this week. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on with our kitty cat. He even called the next day to check how she was going. Thank you guys for being the best vet around. And the only place I trust to take my cats. =D
What an absolutely wonderful place to bring our German Shepherd Tucker. We've been looking for a practice where we felt truly comfortable and are so happy to have found Dr. Anzur! Tucker was weary after his last vet visit at another office, but Dr. Anzur and his incredible staff have made Tucker much more comfortable. On top of having wonderful doctors and an equally compassionate staff, the facility is spotless! I truly can't say enough about how wonderful this entire practice is!
