Caring, compassionate, and considerate. They take the time to make sure you understand and I was surprised and pleased to get a call from Dr. Springs (not a staff member) to explain test results. Great doctors and staff! I highly recommend Valley Road Animal Hospital.

Great Doctors and Staff! Very Caring, Compassionate, and Considerate. They even gave me a follow-up call to make sure I clearly understood the instructions for my pup's medicine prescription!

First time visiting Valley Road since we moved into the area, the staff and Dr Anzur were sooo great!!! So willing to answer any & all questions, and they were very prompt with actually taking us back when it was our appt time (which is amazing!!!) will definitely be changing them to our new vet!!

I was there last night with my 3yr old St. Bernard/Lab mix. She has a nasty hot spot. She never had one before so this was new to me. Everyone is always nice and accommodating. The Doc explained everything to me and I’ve been able to use old T-shirt’s instead of the cone of shame. My “little” girl is doing much better today and like clock work they called to check on her.
