Did the roofing, was delayed. Showed up on random days. Lost multiple check from Insurance. Cause damaged to my home and will not correct the issues. Then left.
Let me start by saying that Valley Ridge Restoration LLC are not scammers or predatory roofers like some of these company that being knocking on people door in attempts at putting in false claims but find ways and opportunities to assist their customer. Paul was instrumental in helping us get our roof replaced through our insurance company. He kept us apprised of everything, from showing pictures of our damaged roof to what was happening with the insurance company, and when we were approved. He was very professional, polite, thorough and provided excellent customer service. If you had a question, he could provide you with an answer. I contacted VRR after noticing several shingles missing from my roof. Paul from VRR came out the next day to inspect the damage. He identified several damaged areas, and said he would work with my insurance company to see if a claim would be approved. He worked directly with them, met the insurance claims adjuster and physically walked the entire roof with him. It took about 2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to review and approve the claim, and my roof was completely replaced within the following week. I am very pleased wit... read more
The entire process was very smooth thanks to Paul who was apart of the entire process from roof inspection to clean up on the last day. He explained the process very well and made sure we had everything we needed. The crew was super respectful and fast. I would use them again when it comes time for a new roof.
