Jackie Benz likes to harass residents that have lived in a property for a long time then they move out and then she gets market rate rent Jackie Benz is a scammer and Valley rental needs to fire her word of mouth is very powerful and it's not good in Bismarck for Valley rental
The Management at Valley Rental in Bismarck are the most unprofessional disgusting horrible management I've ever seen. Jackie Benz harasses all of her tenants. nobody can stand living on Valley rental properties in Bismarck. The better Business bureau has been contacted and investigations need to be started. These residents are being screwed over by this Syco property manager Valley Rental has working for them. Worst slumbers ever. I was there for 2 years and they never responded to any requests or repairs. I was told by other renters that when leaving Valley Rental would make up charges in the thousands of dollars for false reasons. They are the worst rental management company.
