I had used this facility since moving to last Vegas in July of 2018 - while we loved Dr. Stevie we will not be back ever again. I had already gave this facility a 2nd change after a clerk was more than rude on the phone- regarding a fur baby I had to put down! I should have NEVER gave them a 2nd chance!! I took my dog here today 2.18.21 for an emergency, I tried calling 3 times phone rang busy so I just snatch up my baby with fur and ran in and was turned away told they don't take walk in!!
