I always feel very comfortable and well taken care of at Valley Radiology Imaging. Also, the staff is very friendly and well informed which makes things a lot easier! Thank you for your great service VRI 😊
Good experience except for the check in, the person was wearing a dark hoodie and seemed very unhappy to be at work 06:30. Monosyllabic replies and absolutely no facial expression. Not what you want to see when arriving for your mammogram. Someone needs a hug.
Quick and easy check-in. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Will use them again if necessary.

Friendly, efficient staff. Got a next-day appointment for an ultrasound, was out 18 minutes after my appointment time. Yes, it’s crowded, but Sylvia is a wonder to behold as she efficiently checks everyone in!
Although the MRI was known to be running 40 minutes late, we were not told when we checked in (45 minutes early). Atherwise smooth and efficient, as usual.
Getting an appointment was a longer process than I would like but their customer service was great �
