Valley Radiology is one of, if not the worst, medical facility I have ever dealt with. They don’t care about their patients; they must be severely understaffed and have THE most horrible customer service I’ve encountered. On a recent occasion, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment and 5 weeks to get the results of a simple MRI, because their “systems were down!” Pick any other facility to have your images done!!!
4 weeks outage at Valley Radiology this place was never set up properly. Be careful this is an outrage. Don't even try for an appt. This is a joke.
People say everyone speaks according to how they did at the fair... Well, Valley Radiology behaved like a great team of experts who know what they're doing. There was only one bad thing, and I don't think it's their fault. They gave me the appointment three months from the day I made it. So, I had forgotten what time it was. This place is very unprofessional, they changed the appointment 4 times. And when they call their number shows as a private number, what kind of business calls from a private number, as if they don’t want you to answer. I am shocked that no body including the insurance cares about there horrible reviews. That shows no body cares, it’s all about the Benjamin’s.
