People read people wrong. The girl at the front desk is very nice. The problem is, people assume since their personality is different than theirs that there is something wrong with them. She doesn't control how long it takes either. Long story short, due to their high volume. (Poway is made up of a lot of elderly) They did have great service. My appointment was confirmed a night before, and when I was on my way to the facility ( which takes me 1 hour), I hot a call informing that my schedule was canceled due to machine issues, and when I asked to reschedule, they told me to look for another location, which means, call referral, ask to send my order again to another location, wait for week or so to new location received all forms and image, then probably wait over a month for a spot. This facility should be closed and all the lazy employees fired!

We arrived as walk-ins, checked in, paid, and waited an hour for a CT scan. They were very kind and told us they would prioritize it. It was so important that within a couple of hours, the doctor had the result because he called us to schedule an appointment the next day to discuss them. We went, and they told us what was in his head. They sent us to the hospital ER, and my husband is now recovering. He had surgery on his head, all thanks to the good service at Valley Radiology in Poway.

Tis place is staffed by great people. They take appointments and walk in referrals. They arecpretty efficient. I did not have to wait long. I highly recommend them.
