This a worst management radiology in the country . I have an appointment 7 am . When I came to office waited 25 minute and they said they cancel my appointment . Day before they call me and confirm my appointment .

Service is terrible. Girls up front laughing having side conversations between themselves out loud where patients can hear. Calling patients back out of order by accident with patients that have same first name. I use to work for this company 20 years ago. This would have never happened.

Impossible to make appointment. They are not professionals and bleed $ because of lack of professionalism and outdated patient facing infrastructure

First time I called to schedule an appointment a lady on the phone said I needed my doctor’s signature in order to get a referral, for whatever reason the electronic referral never showed up on their system until a month later, when they finally called me with a recording to schedule an appointment, first time I called I was on hold for about half an hour, second time they hung up on me after an half hour wait.
