This place takes months, and months to schedule an urgent MRI. I get to my appointment and they tell me they are running an HOUR behind schedule. I started a new job on the same day, and this caused me to be LATE on the first day. They could have at least called me on the phone prior to my appointment so I could plan for it. I was promised results by Monday, it is now Thursday and I still haven’t heard anything back. Good luck getting through on the phones. Health care should be BETTER THAN THIS!
Went to Valley Radiology Poway appt with an oncologist referral for specific digital imaging & ultrasound. We were immediately sent home because they pulled out some old imaging and said it was sufficient for the doctor. Oncologist was furious the additional digital imaging and ultrasound were not done so sent us back. We made a complaint about how we were sent away and another appt. MRI service was top notch. Prescribing doctor will receive a fax of the result. I as the patient paying for the procedure have to go back to the office to obtain my medical records. No email, no snail mail, no option. This is not acceptable, hence the low score.
Horrible assistance. Exams are taking 7 months to be scheduled... and the best answer I got was ... "We have too many people asking for appointments"... This business needs to listen to the voice of the customer.
