The receptionists in the Poway office say no X-rays today . I return the following day and they tell me to go to another location 30 miles away as they are not doing X-rays . Who is not telling the truth here .
If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are great, but seem totally overwhelmed. Phones ring forever, unanswered, or they hold and hang up on you. Reaching someone to make an appt simply impossible. Never, ever are you seen at your appt time...at least 30 min to an hour late every time.
Only after wasting 70 min of my time on hold to make an appointment that I became curious about their location. (Is this the former POWAY RADIOLOGY**?) Thanks to these reviews on Google Maps, I am trying to SWERVE quickly and AVOID the fraud/ scam / abuse and criminal incompetence these other needy patients have endured! The news media needs to send their INVESTIGATIVE REPORTERS and camera crews here with some SD SHERIFFS DEPUTIES and shut this clown show down. I don't know what's changed at Valley Radiology but it sure has gone downhillbig time. I've been going here for several years and I've never had such terrible customer service on the phone and techs lately. It's become impossible to get ahold of anyone anymore. Mmy bone density appointment has been moved 3 tines so it's been over 6 months since I've been able to get my test done. it's either the machine was down, or because they were remodeling the office.
