The people are friendly enough, but you have to be very very diligent with this place. Three times I was promised a call back while trying to schedule our appointment, I was never once called back. It took over a week to finally get an appointment. My mother specifically needed an open MRI, it said so right on the prescription sent from her doctor, I said so several times while trying to schedule, yet in their efforts to get us in as quickly as possible (the fourth time I called them) they scheduled us at the Carlsbad locati... read more

I love VRC they are so nice, professional techs, receptionist very kind and polite .
I had a great experience at this office! From the front staff greeting me with smiles and helping me check in. To then, the tech getting me settled for my MRI. I was very nervous going into my appointment but the wonderful staff here eased my worries. Thanks Valley Radiology!
Very disappointed in this place. I was told I would get a call beforehand about the cost of the deductible since it’s my first cat scan. I heard nothing and called them myself the day before the car scan to find out. I was told specifically there was no deductible. And then was left a voice message at the end of the day saying I had a deductible and it was very high.
