Very thorough in Catherine and Maura’s approach to problem solving. Never feel rushed. Have a great understanding of issues I face and very non-judgmental. I even get homework to do which is great to help me feel focused on goals I want to attain for myself and not to focus on all that I’ve lost physically, mentally and emotionally. Have never had an experience like this where they don’t try to solve all your problems with medication.
