I took my mom to urgent care when she wasn’t feeling well, and Romio was our provider. Romio was kind, professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure my mom received the care she needed. Her caring behavior made us feel comfortable. We truly appreciate the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend her.

I’ve been to this urgent care about five times over the past year, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff is always super kind, professional, and honestly just really chill, which makes the whole process way less stressful. They actually listen to what’s going on and make sure you get everything you need before you leave. I never feel rushed or ignored, and they’re always efficient without sacrificing care. It’s definitely my go-to spot whenever i’m feeling down! Highly recommend!

i was in few days ago with my family member. provider Romio treated him and we were impressed with the service. this is not just urgent care they also accept primary care patients. but the overall service provided is impressive.

My son had an emergency surgery at the hospital and from there with followed Dr Romeo to valley primary urgent care. She was kind, compassionate, and professional. She made a traumatic painful experience for my autistic son, a calming and inspiring one. She cared for him for 2 weeks every other day making sure he was recuperating well. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
