My fiancée goes here and I often go to the appointments with her to ensure she’s being treated fairly and given quality care, unfortunately I would not recommend this office. The doctor comes across as very fatphobic and dismissive. Instead of listening to concerns or ordering appropriate tests, she quickly blames everything on weight and shuts down further discussion. Dr Yena Kim is amazing! This week, I went to VPC for Xeomin for the first time. Dr Kim explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I needed a touch up (it was my first time and dosage isn't the same for everyone) and she met me at the clinic and added a bit more where I needed it. Not only does she know and do her job well, she wants clients to leave happy and satisfied!! I live in Las Vegas but I will continue to fly out to Eugene for Dr Kim's services!!!! I don't even think I have enough space for this, I would put 0 stars if I could. I've made the mistake of being a patient here for too long. I seriously advise not becoming a patient here unless you enjoy being gaslit and feeling like you don't matter. I went to her as I am positive I have at least one tumor on my ovaries/cervix and she refused to do any scans. Took her 2 years to even refer me to a nuerologist (I have a severe seizure and migraine disorder). Requested an inhaler and nebulizer medicine as I can barely breath... read more
