I've bought two spas from Valley Pool & Spas. We've since moved and while there are a number of Spa Shops between me and Valley Pools & Spas (now 220 miles away) I keep going back to them. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub & needed a standard retrofit part ASAP. The local vendors didn't have it & further, didn't know what I was talking about! Great selection of pools and spas and parts and products. What's even better is the customer service. I stopped in to aka a few questions about my spa and a specific part I was searching. The service rep took a lot of time looking for my part in the store and online. When they weren't able to find it in store (my spa is pretty old) they looked online and gave me multiple part numbers to search. I recently switched to Valley Pools from a company I had been wasting money on for years. What a nice change! I am so pleased with the service I get both in person and over the phone. I was in the process of changing my pool from chlorine water to salt water. What an expensive project it turned out to be between both companies. The last company I was using going to overcharge me by 25% and I am so thankful I found Valley Pool because they were efficient, clean and affordable. I would highly recommend them.
Belated thanks for the fabulous service from Valley Pools in installing our new liner. I, nor any of my friends, had ever heard of any company coming early. I was so happy to have all the work done in time for our graduation open house. The weatherman cooperated too, and over 225 people either swam or enjoyed looking at our beautiful pool. They designed and constructed our pool. Our salesman / designer was awesome! He helped guide us in the perfect back-yard plan for our pool. He also convinced us to put in solar panels and our pool is warmer sooner than our neighbors' pools that do not have solar heating for their pools. Valley is known for their superior customer service. I highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier.
Great Customer Service! I brought in my hose to get a replacement but they didn't have it in stock. They ordered the hose for me and i got it the next day. I also brought in my water to get tested for chemicals because my pool was shut down for 3 days and got extremely cloudy. Christi tested my water and sold me the chemicals i needed and within 24 hours my pool was Crystal Clear. I strongly recommend using valley pools and spas for any advice/help.
Every time we go here we are always happy walking out! The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! If you have a question or problem, they are ALWAYS ready to help! We were there today, it was very busy but we were helped within 3 minutes of walking in the door! GREAT JOB VALLEY POOLS!!
